The short version

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no advertising cookie, and no tracking pixel on it.

You can also just call or text 316-655-4070. Either way, what we hold is what you chose to tell us.

Who we are

GreenScale Marketing ("we", "us") is a marketing company based in Wichita, Kansas, serving home exterior service businesses of every trade. This policy covers the website at joingreenscale.com.

What we collect on this site

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you want to add about your situation. Name and email are required; the rest is up to you.

Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, so what you send passes through their servers on the way to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Two ordinary technical things also happen, as they do on any website:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request information — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — as part of serving and securing the site. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
• Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not set advertising cookies, run analytics, or use tracking pixels on this site.

What we do with it

Whether you use the form or call 316-655-4070, we keep what you share — your name, phone number, business name, and what you tell us about your situation — so we can respond and, if you become a client, do the work.

We use that information only to reply to you and provide services you've asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

We only send text messages to people who have asked us to — by ticking the consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first. We do not run SMS marketing campaigns to numbers we obtained any other way.

If we're texting you and you want us to stop, reply STOP and we'll stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Client information

If you hire us, we'll handle information connected to your business — website content, ad accounts, customer leads generated through the systems we build, and similar. We treat that as yours. We use it to run your marketing, we don't sell it, and we hand it back or delete it when you ask.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate — for example the platform hosting this site, the service delivering our form submissions, or the ad and CRM platforms we manage on a client's behalf — and only as far as is needed to do that work. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we're in contact with you about it, and client information for as long as we work together plus whatever period our tax and business records require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 316-655-4070 and tell us what you want. We'll do it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising tools, or anything else that collects information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top before we turn it on.
